Vessel services system is an integrated electronic system designed to ports community in Saudi Arabia from users and dealers and from all government agencies and private service-related, as the system allows access to all the relevant parties to the data and information to the process of import and export of both sectors government and private

Vessel Services system phases :

phase 1: includes (9) electronic services include (the arrival of the ship notice, confirm the time and date of arrival / departure deed, request and issue a statement to leave the ship, Manvist passengers, the end of the loading and unloading certificate, set the sidewalk, drainage, schedule unloading ships) cargo operations .

Phase 2: include (5) electronic services include (vessel movement between stations, asked the ship services, marine services, cancellation notice, access and approval, file vessels, prevent the departure of the ship).

Phase 3 includes(3) private electronic services include reports (download statistical data, statistical data processing, preparation and presentation of statistical reports).

phase 4: includes(2) private financial transactions of the fees and charges for port services between the port operators and port and maritime administrations of the General Organization of Ports and mechanisms of collection, registration, billing and payment and electronic filing services
