Import Air Manifest

Allows electronic submission of Import Air Manifest data to Customs, and other Government agencies.

The Import Air Manifest services provides the following services:

  • Electronic submission of Import Air Manifest
  • Webservice Integration for Air Cargo Companies for manifesting Import Air Cargo.
Export Air Manifest

Allows electronic submission of Export Air Manifest data to Customs department, and other Government agencies, any time and from anywhere.

Transit Air Manifest

Allows electronic submission of Transit Air Manifest data to Customs department, and other Government agencies, any time and from anywhere.

The Import Transit Manifest services provides the following services:

  • Electronic submission of Import Transit Manifest
  • Webservice Integration for Air Cargo Companies for manifesting Transit Air Cargo.
Delivery Order

This service allows electronic submission of Delivery Orders to Customs and to relevant Government agencies, with data imported from the Manifest service.

The concept of data re-use in SaudiEDI system is extended to Delivery Order Management which results in significant improvements to time and eliminates data entry errors.

The Delivery Order service is inclusive of:

  • Electronic submission of Delivery Orders
  • Electronic cancellation of Delivery Orders
  • Webservice Integration for Air Cargo Companies for submitting Delivery Orders
Import Declaration

This service enables Customs Brokers to create and submit Import Declarations electronically to Customs at the convenience of their office or elsewhere.

Upon acceptance from Customs, the Customs duties payable will be automatically computed and Importers and Customs Brokers will be alerted to make the necessary payment for faster clearance process.

Import Declaration service makes use of the information furnished during Manifest and Delivery Order Management in SaudiEDI; thereby Customs Brokers feeds in information relevant to Import Declaration that was not captured before.
Export Declaration

This service enables Customs Brokers to create and submit Export Declarations electronically to Customs at the convenience of their office or elsewhere.

Upon acceptance from Customs, the Customs duties payable will be automatically computed and Exporters and Customs Brokers will be alerted to make the necessary payment for faster clearance process.

Export Declaration service makes use of the information furnished during manifest in SaudiEDI, thereby Customs Brokers feed in information specific to Export Declaration filing that was not been captured before.
Import Manifest ECL

Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) allows amendments to Import Manifest information which was already accepted by Customs. Using this service, Shipping Agents can conveniently make corrections to the data and send to Customs for automatic approvals without a need for manual follow-up.
Export Manifest ECL

Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) allows amendments to Export Manifest information which was already accepted by Customs. Using this service, Shipping Agents can conveniently make corrections to the data and send to Customs for automatic approvals without a need for manual follow-up.
Transit Manifest ECL

Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) allows amendments to Transit Manifest information which was already accepted by Customs. Using this service, Shipping Agents can conveniently make corrections to the data and send to Customs for automatic approvals without a need for manual follow-up.

Import Declaration ECL

Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) allows Customs Broker to make amendments to Import Declaration information which was already accepted by Customs. Using this service, Customs Brokers can conveniently make corrections to the data and send to Customs for acceptance.

Export Declaration ECL

Electronic Correction Letter (ECL) allows Customs Broker to make amendments to Export Declaration information which was already accepted by Customs. Using this service, Customs Brokers can conveniently make corrections to the data and send to Customs for acceptance.

Customs Amendments

This service leverages on the integrated platform between SaudiEDI and Customs, whereby SaudiEDI receives document amendment messages from Customs for, such as Manifest, Delivery Order, and Declarations etc, which have undergone data corrections at Customs end. Customs sends amendments messages to SaudiEDI for air port related messages if the data corrections were performed by Customs officials in Customs system.

Webservice

Webservice is an integration platform provided for:

  • Import Air Manifest
  • Transit Manifest
  • Delivery Order

This service enables Saudi cargo companies to transact information with SaudiEDI using Webservice calls from their internal system.
