This function allows you to create the checkout container permit in the SAUDI EDI application.
To create container permit
1. Open the Create page. (SAUDI EDI>> Checkout Container Permit>> Create)

Validation Rules
1. Applicable only for Export Manifest.
2. Export Manifest Doc. Ref No. status should be Received or Waiting or Pending status.
3. User shipping agent license number should match with shipping agent license number of export manifest.
4. Shipping Agent license number of logged in user should not get expired.
