Searching Import Declaration Details

This option is used to search and view the import declaration details created by the users.

 

To search Import Declaration details

1.      Open the search page. (SAUDI EDI>>Import Declaration>> Search)

2.      Enter the Document Reference Number or

3.      Click on Advance Search link as shown in the screen below

4.      Enter the information in the search criteria fields

 

Field Description

Document Ref No

Enter the Document Reference Number

Declaration Port

 

 Enter the port or select the port. To select the port, click question1.png button
Declaration Date Enter the declaration date. To select the declaration date, Click calender.png button

Status

 

 Select the status of the declaration from the drop down list.

Declaration No

Enter the declaration number

Importer Name

 Enter the name of the importer

DO No/VT No

Enter the Delivery Order Number or the Vehicle Transaction number.

 

5.      Click Search, import declaration search page is displayed
